Kelly Brook Playboy Pics

I have been a Kelly Brook fan since a teenager, and had her posters plastered on my walls from her early Max Power photo shoots. I then remember her getting her big break in the Daily Star when I was around 18 and her becoming a Page 3 girl. I have always liked Kelly as she is a real woman with real curves and real boobs, and not a stick think catwalk model who lives on a diet of lettuce and a grain of rice a day.

Kelly Brook Playboy Pics

Fast forward another 10-12 years and I read the grabbing headline (plastered all over the newspapers and the Internet) “Kelly Brook Playboy Pics” which was scheduled to be published in the September 2010 issue of playboy, I was quite excited and wondered what these pictures would be all about, especially as it was rumoured that she was paid $500,000 (£365,000) for the photo shoot, and it also ended her recently formed contract with Ultimo in the process.

So the new issue of Playboy hit the stands and I have seen the pictures for myself, and I am slightly disappointed on a few levels.

1. She is NOT nude – she IS topless. She has posed topless for a series of approx 8-10 pictures and while she looks great and the pictures are very artistic, I cannot help but feel some false advertising and media hype has spiralled this to be something it isn’t

2. I obviously do not know the full reasons for the Kelly Brook Playboy Pics or why she chose to end her contract with Ultimo early, but I personally think she has made a big mistake for numerous reasons. Ultimo is a very well known British brand which was created by another person who I admire (partly different reasons though) Michelle Mone OBE, and represents real women with real curves and bigger boobs.

After seeing Kelly’s pictures and video on the Ultimo website (link here) I cannot help but feel she would have been better off sticking with Ultimo for the long term, especially as Michelle Mone has just launched what she calls “The most Comfortable Advanced Technical bra in the World” and which has been named ”Icon” and has been over 2 years in the creation with over 6 figures invested into the creation of this new bra.

Maybe I am wrong, and one of the only men who thinks Kelly should have stuck with modelling Ultimo underwear for the next 2 years, instead of selling out (again in my opinion) to Playboy.

Maybe I am biased due to my obvious connections in the online Underwear market, and it would have been great to be updating our underwear website with pictures of Kelly Brook in Ultimo underwear for the next 2 years !

I am sure Michelle will find someone to replace her in the next few months, and I for one cannot wait to see who it will be ! PS – Can’t wait to see Michelle’s own “real women” pictures which she is having done tommorow ;)

I finally bought a pair of iPads

After much debate about the vanity issue surrounding iPads, I finally gave in and bought a pair of them today

Lets hope people don’t think I am too vain for trying to stop my eyes looking so tired, with my new pair of eye pads :)

Sexy Bitch Lyrics (David Guetta)

Sexy Bitch Lyrics

I thought I would post this on here for those who have been looking for Sexy Bitch Lyrics (by David Guetta)

Sexy Bitch By David Guetta is still one of my favourite dance tracks from 2010, as good dance tracks are now becoming even rarer.

Anyway, here are the Sexy Bitch Lyrics

Yes, I can see her
’cause every girl in here wanna be her
Oh! She’s a Diva..
I feel the same,
And I wanna meet her

They say: “She low down…”
It’s just a rumour I don’t believe ‘em!
They say: “She needs to slow down…”
The *baddest* thing around town!

She’s nothing like a girl you’ve ever seen before
Nothing you can compare to your neighborhood whore
I’m trying to find the words to describe this girl without being disrespectful!!

The way, that booty movin’ – I can’t take no more
Have to stop what I’m doin’, so I can pull up her close
I’m tryinna find the words to describe this girl without being disrespectful

Damn Girl!!

Damn, you’s a sexy bitch, sexy bitch!
Damn, you’s a sexy bitch!

Damn Girl!!

Damn, you’s a sexy bitch, sexy bitch!
Damn, you’s a sexy bitch!

Damn Girl!!

I be posting a few more of my favourite dance tracks, along with their lyrics over the next few months as I know quite a few of my readers are dance music fans.

I hope you enjoy the Sexy Bitch Lyrics as much as I enjoyed writing them lol :)

Magic movie test

As alot of you already know, I love magic and am a practising amateur magician and I have been working on this new trick, where I can predict your favourite movie by a simple maths test – which I have laid out below.

There is a list of 20 movies listed below, and by answering the 5 questions correctly, it will identify the film which you would enjoy the most.

that's magic !

(Don’t cheat and scroll down too far yet, or it won’t work correctly)

1. Think of a number between 1 and 9
2. Multiply that number by 3
3. Add 3 to that new number
4. Multiply that number by 3 again
5. Finally add the 2 (or 3) digits together to give you your final number (so if you ended up with 14 add 1 + 4 together which would equal 5)

Mine was “The Prestige” – 100% accurate and correct !

So be 100% honest in your questions you answer, and see how accurate it is for yourself :

Answers below

1. Toy Story
2. The Hangover
3. Shrek
4. The Prestige
5. Casino
6. The God Father
7. Jurassic Park
8. Pulp Fiction
9. The joy of anal sex with donkeys
10. The Matrix
11. Terminator
12. Taxi Driver
13. American Beauty
14. Jaws
15. Mary Poppins
16. Avatar
17. The Lion King
18. Rocky
19. Rain Man
20 Monsters Inc.

I am sure you will agree that that is a pretty amazing trick eh ? :)

Is Simon Cowell using SEO for Reputation Management ?

A number of reports have been circulated, stating that Simon Cowell is apparently using SEO for reputation management. For those of you are are not savvy with website and search engine terms and phrases, SEO = Search engine optimisation, which basically translates into manipulating websites to appear higher in search engine such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.

Simon Cowell

It is reported that Mr Cowell has employed a team of top SEO professionals to handle his reputation management, and to ensure that only “good” news can be found easily on the search engines, and the bad articles are buried.

To add fuel to this fire, it is also alleged that Hans Ebert (a former executive for Universal Music and EMI) wrote a WordPress blog post saying that Simon Cowell was not a very nice person and that American Idol was a better program without Simon Cowell.

You might think there is nothing wrong with that, and maybe it was a coincidence what Hans’s blog was actually shut down by WordPress within a few hours of the post going live, for allegedly breaching it’s terms and conditions !

After this occurrence (and according to the New York daily news), Hans Ebert started doing some digging and found that the trail lead to a company in India, who were paid to “monitor” articles and news stories about celebrities. Upon further digging, it is also alleged that the Indian Company is supplemented by top a London reputation management company.

Simon Cowell’s spokeswoman (Ann-Marie Thompson) has been quoted as saying it is “complete and utter rubbish”

I personally think Simon Cowell is fabulous and totally misunderstood. I have read a number of books on him, including his autobiography and I have to be totally honest, he seems a great guy when you get past the hardened exterior and his “television persona” he has had it all, and lost it all, and got it all back again.

Simon Cowell dropped out of school at 15 and after a number of unsuccesful jobs, his father (an executive at EMI Music at the time), got him a small job in the mail room. His connections paid off, and after a short time got him rehired as an assistant to an A & R man. From there, he worked his way up to become a record producer.

However he didn’t last very long and proved his musical talents even further by starting up his own record label “FanFare” however it wasn’t the bed of roses he had hoped, and in 1989 (at the age of 30) the company went bankrupt leaving Simon so deep in debt, that he had to move back in to his parents house.

In the next 20 years that followed he proved he was a real musical genius and entreprenur at heart, but returning from bankruptcy in 1989 to actually being worth £123 million in 2009. I have a real respect for people who can take their talents and expand it so much, that they totally supercede even their own expectations.

Maybe people should find out more about the “real” Simon Cowell before passing any further judgement, as I think the majority of you would be pleasantly surprised.

By the way Simon if you are reading and need any professional help with SEO for ANY purpose, my email address can be found on the ”about” page of this website :)

An expensive lesson learnt

Wow I haven’t blogged in ages, so thought I would make a little post about something that happened to me not so long back.

pet insurance

Our dog Alfie became very ill, and very quickly. He was taken into the emergency vet at midnight on a Saturday night, and they didn’t know what was wrong with him. He was being sick, had no energy, wouldn’t eat or drink anything at all.

They thought it might be a blockage, so on the Sunday they done x-rays and still couldn’t find anything wrong with him !

Monday morning his condition had deteriorated so badly, that they said they wanted to operate and do an internal investigation, and be transferred to our own vet clinic, as if they don’t do this and he has a blockage he would surely die very soon.

We agreed and were on pins for the next few hours (which felt like a year) to see what they found. They found no blockage but they found a very nasty intestinal infection. They gave him a strong course of antibiotics (different to what he was already taking) and were told to ring back i nthe morning to see if he makes it through the night as he was very very weak.

Tuesday morning came and we waited for the news….exepcting it to be bad…but it was the opposite – he was 60% better and back to his usual ways of looking for food, and being excited. At 12pm we went to pick him up and he was so pleased to see us, it didn’t seem real !

Over the course of this 3 days, various people asked us if we had pet insurance, to which I replied “no we haven’t but it doesn’t matter what it costs, as it will be fine anyway” to which I was met with a look of “hmmmm” on the face of the person telling me.

When we picked Alfie up, I asked for the bill so I could pay. The request was sent to 3 different people as no-one wanted to tell me the actual cost of the bill, as I had told them I didn’t have pet insurance.

The buck was then passed to the receptionist, who handed me the bill with a scared look on her face. I opened the envelope and the bill was £1982.34 for everything Alfie had received over the course of those 3 days. Whilst this came as a shock to them, I was more than happy to pay the bill to get our dog back to himself, and basically save his life.

The expensive lesson that we learnt that day, was we shouldn’t have put off getting pet insurance. We had talked about it 2/3 times prior to this happening and always put it off until another day.

Pet insurance isn’t expensive and after looking at ComparePetCare.co.uk, we found a decent policy which worked out at £15 a month. Now if you work that out, thats £180 a year, so £1,800 over 10 years and that is STILL cheaper than this one vets bill we received.

Luckily we were able to afford his vets bills, and wouldn’t have had it any other way, but my advice to anyone with a pet is to STOP putting off getting pet insurance, and GET IT NOW !

Take it from me and my experience, it will give you great peace of mind and great cover for your well loved pet at the time it is most needed.
